Born in Nigeria and raised by immigrant parents who worked with their hands, Jen grew up knowing that the life she wanted wouldn't come with a blueprint. So she created one.
From navigating spaces her parents had never been in to creating opportunities that once felt out of reach, Jen's story is rooted in becoming the person her younger self could have looked up to.
Her journey is a reminder that you can start with little and become anything.
Jen Ngozi has never met a stranger. A natural-born connector, she has a genuine love for people and a talent for making any room feel more alive. In 2018, she founded NetWerk®, turning her love of gathering people into a community that grew from a single networking event into a platform helping thousands of professionals.
Now based in Atlanta, Jen has a soft spot for beautiful spaces, inspiring people, and bringing the two together.
Jen Ngozi has always had an eye for spaces and the stories behind them.Today, she works across residential and commercial real estate, where her curiosity about people and places comes to life in a different way.
It's another chapter in a career built around relationships, possibility, and bringing something to life from scratch.

Dance was Jen's original confidence school: learning to step into the spotlight, take up space, and perform under pressure.
Years of rehearsals and half-time performances taught her that being seen isn't something to fear.
Those lessons followed her far beyond the dance floor. Everything she's built since has carried a bit of that dancer with it.
Turns out, she was rehearsing for a much bigger stage all along.
